What is BOOT?
Build · Own · Operate · Transfer
Under a BOOT / OPEX arrangement, GenSolar builds and operates the solar system on your roof without an upfront system purchase. The customer pays for power consumed at an agreed rate below the grid tariff, subject to the project agreement. Ownership transfers under the agreed terms.
Many of the projects listed above use BOOT. We also deliver solar EPC projects in Tamil Nadu as handed-over installations, so the right structure depends on your site, load and investment preference.
